I have a male and a female rabbit; they need to be spayed/neutered ASAP. I don't have $200 to shell out for each of them at the moment, so if anyone knows any low-cost spay/neuter programs please let me know. I tried the ASPCA but you need to live in government housing in order to be eligible. Thanks everyone!
