I just called the LA dept. of Animal Service and pointed me to the nearest animal shelter which told me they dont pick up stray animal, is there any rescue service that can pick up stray animals at night especially?
Im in the LA koreatown area and there is 3 stray cats coming around the apartment building crying all night and angrying the neighbors

just find the shelter closest to you.. than give them a call. they might or might not have an officer on duty, it depends on the shelter...
