You can actually watch them on the roadside for free particularly along Hwy 41 near Lake Allatoona.
Well they most likely aren't so you would probably have to have a permit.
I dont know how you would go about getting a permit so you would have to ask someone.
They're currently not allowed as pets in Georgia, but you can be a licensed breeder, not too sure how that little loophole came about.
