Is this normal. He is acting like himself and drinking water, but is not interested in his food like before.

You rabbit needs to be eating a little bit. Try giving him something that he can't resist. Maybe a grape or a nice crisp apple. It is life threatening if a rabbit's belly becomes empty. Please call your vet.

Any descent veterinarian will call you a day or two after the surgery to see how your pet is doing. If they do...tell them whats going on. If your vet doesn't call and check up on its clients then CALL THEM!

if he's tired it's normal
after four days i'd call the vet
do what you can like maybe give him an assortment of foods
try to hand feed him
