there was a baby rabbits nst in my backyard and my sisters scared off the babys. will the mom wait for them to come back? and will she have babys in the same spot afterwards?

If they didn't go far mom will probably find them. However if they were big enough to run off, they are probably close to weaning age and will be okay by themselves.
It's unlikely mom will return to the same spot, especially if the nest has been disturbed.
Just stay away and the mom will find them and take care of them. If they were able to run off, they are old enough to take care of themselves most likely. They make different nests each year, but may come back if she feels safe.
