Baby chicken hawk?

okay so i get all your answers, problem is it was running the streets where a lot of cars are coming by and also... if i put it back.. cats will most defindently eat it in no time. it does have full feathers and is hopping around but right now i dont know if its a good idea to put it back.
Answers:
Put it up in a tree, near where you found it, so the parents can find it, or turn it over to a licensed wildlife rehabilitator. You can find one here: http://www.tc.umn.edu/~devo0028/contact.
It is illegal for you to keep the bird unles you have the proper permits. And, since you do not have the training necessary to care for the bird, it would most likely not survive if you kept it.
